Betik Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and betik ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the betik platform at betik.pro, you hereby fully and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the betik platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if applicable.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the betik platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Not subject to any law or regulation that prohibits participation in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Register using your own name with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• Never previously banned or barred by betik for terms violations.
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or on behalf of any third party when registering.

Betik reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or termination.

3 User Account

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. betik recommends using a strong password and never sharing your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact betik's support team immediately.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

You must ensure that all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and relevant financial details. Any changes to personal information must be updated via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on betik. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's information — is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

4 Deposits & Payments

Betik accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods including FPX, online banking, local e-wallets, and international bank transfers. All deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (or the amount specified for a particular payment method).
• Maximum deposit: depends on the account verification level and selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a financial account in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Betik does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases requiring management approval.

• Betik reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

If there are any active wagering requirements tied to a received bonus, withdrawals will not be processed until all such requirements have been fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Every bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

Betik is committed to fair gaming. The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is displayed in the respective game information. Players are advised to review this information before playing to make informed decisions.

7.2 Game Results

The results of all games on betik are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the game in question taking place. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted for review.

7.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption affecting game results, betik reserves the right to void or suspend the affected game and refund the relevant funds to the player's account. betik is not liable for any losses arising from connection interruptions on the player's end.

8 Responsible Gaming

Betik takes responsible gaming seriously. Our platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits wisely:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, betik shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions beyond betik's control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Third-party content or links that may be referenced on our platform.

Betik's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being raised.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the betik support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds in the account balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by betik

Betik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

12 Terms Amendment
